A typical palace-styled villa was built ca. 1910 in the middle of a park enclosed by a wall. It is a multistory building with a gable roof. The gables are richly decorated, the entrances and windows are finished with full arches, coffers and stone. Before the war, the villa was the seat of Śląska Szkoła Doradców Budowlanych, i.e. the Silesian School of Construction Advisers, Bauerfureschule. After 1945, the villa seated the offices of the State Machine centre. Today the villa is privately owned.
