"Red, Yellow and a Thousand Shades of Green"
This exhibition is a painterly story about a journey to northern Vietnam - a place that delights with contrasts and hypnotizes with a wealth of colors.
The intense green of terraced rice fields, the deep red of sunrises, the golden reflections of temples and street neon lights reflected in the rain - all of this permeated my imagination and brush.
The textures and colors that I encountered on this journey became my language to tell stories about nature, people and emotions. Each painting is a fragment of memories - a captured moment of delight, peace or surprise.
