We bottle our wine when we are sure that the time has come.
Behind all of them are two people and their passion - Jadzia and Peter. Four years ago we bought our first hectare of land and that's how it all started. Today the vineyard includes both the cultivation of black currant of the Gofert variety and grapevines. Most of the plantings are Gewurztraminer, for which we specifically went to Alsace wanting to extract the unique aroma of this variety.
We don't make wine.
We create them.
Our goal is to create the highest quality Polish wine, based on indigenous fruits as well as top-class grapes. We create all our wines ourselves, taking care of every detail of production. We listen to the comments of friends so that our wines meet the expectations of the most demanding consumers. With us, you won't buy a young, unripe wine, one that we wouldn't want to drink.

The winery is located in an unusual and picturesque place - not far from Wroclaw, directly on the slopes of Mount Sleza, in the buffer zone of the Sleza Landscape Park.
